[Miscellaneous papers] 1890-1956.

Methodist missionary in Tonga, 1908-1947, and president of the Free Wesleyan Church of Tonga. The papers are chiefly his letters to a retired missionary, E.E. Crosby, from Jan. 7, 1910 to Feb. 2, 1925, a chronology of Tonga events, 1650-1895, and a collection of Tonga photographs; also included are 2 letters from S.W. Baker to C.D. Whitcombe, 1890, and a letter from J. Whitcombe to Page, dated April 21, 1956, listing the headmasters of the Government College in Nukualofa, 1890-1897.

Rodger C. G. Page was a prominent Methodist missionary in Tonga from 1908 until his retirement in 1947. He was president of the Free Wesleyan Church of Tonga from 1925 to 1947.
